Students at our college are given a variety of opportunities to take on leadership roles. Many students who have taken on leadership roles at our college have used this experience to assist in gaining further leadership roles in their post Mundubbera schooling. The primary campus has its own leadership positions which funnel into the secondary system. Students in these positions assist staff, parents, and other students in facilitating and organising different events throughout the college year. They are also regularly used to represent the college at official town functions, such as ANZAC day services. The roles students are eligible to obtain are:
College Captains (up to four per year)
Secondary House Captains (up to two each house per year)
Student Council Representative (including three executive positions)
Primary House Captains (up to two each house per year)
